Stainless steel zip tie tying method:

1、 Steel pipes are generally bundled with stainless steel ties for delivery, and each bundle should be of the same batch number (except for those allowed to be combined in the technical conditions), with a maximum weight of 5 tons. By mutual agreement, the bundling weight can be increased or delivered in small packages. Steel pipes with a diameter of 159 millimeters and irregular steel pipes with a cross-sectional circumference greater than 500 millimeters can be delivered in bulk.

2、 Stainless steel cable ties should be neatly placed at one end of the bundled steel pipe, and short steel pipes should be individually packaged.

3、 Each bundle of steel pipes should be securely tied with stainless steel ties or steel wires. If the length of the steel pipe is less than 3 meters, there should be 2 fewer ties. If the length of the main pipe is less than 3 meters, there should be 3 ties. If it is greater than 4 meters and less than 5 meters, there should be 4 ties. If it is between 7 meters and 10 meters, there should be 5 ties. If the length of the main pipe is 10 meters, there should be 6 ties.

4、 One end of each car wire steel pipe should be screwed with a pipe joint. The threads and machined surfaces of steel pipes and their joints must be coated with rust proof oil or other rust inhibitors. Wire protection rings should be screwed onto the pipe end and inner joint.

5、 At the request of the purchaser, plastic sleeves can be added to both ends of the steel pipe.

6、 At the request of the purchaser, the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe can be coated with a protective layer to prevent rust, taking into account the ease of application and removal.

7、 There are four forms of bundled packaging: circular, rectangular, frame type, and hexagonal.

8、 High quality products should be packaged in hexagonal shape and securely tied with stainless steel zip ties.

Precautions for tying cables with stainless steel zip ties:

1、 When laying cables, attention should be paid to arranging them neatly, and crossing is strictly prohibited, achieving horizontal and vertical alignment.

2、 The cable should be firmly tied with cable ties from the beginning, with a neat and uniform binding method.

3、 Stainless steel cable ties are used for outdoor cable binding.

4、 When cables are arranged in multiple layers, each cable in each layer should be tied separately.
